Channa gravy Today we are going to see how to make channa gravy at home. Let me share you our recipe. Step 1 Channa Soak the channa in water before eight hours, we would like to have it as dinner . So, we would like to soak it in the morning. After 8 hours cook it in a cooker for 5-6 whistles with salt added with water. Take about 8 - 10 channas and keep it separately. Step 2 Base Add oil and two chopped onions to a frying pan. Don't chop the onions finely as we are going to grind it. Keep this in the mind for other ingredients also. Saute it for two mins and add 3 cloves of garlic and a small piece of ginger. Saute it for a minute or two. then add salt , tumeric power , chilli powder and garam masala . I would personally like to add kari masala powder. Add a little bit of water so that the masala won't burn. Add two tomatoes and cook it. Turn off the stove and grind it.
