How to make Indian style vegetable pasta

Pasta is a very delicious recipe to make , it seems to be complicated but it so simple and quick. Today I am going to share my fav recipe . I hope you all like without any further do . Let's get started !!!

First let's look at the ingredients : 

  • 2 medium sized onions 
  • 4 small tomatoes 
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  •  1 small piece of ginger 
  • 1 carrot 
  • 1 capsicum 
  • coriander leaves 
prep :

chop the onions , tomatoes , garlic and ginger finely . chop the carrot as per your wish , i like chop my in squares . chop the capsicum in the same way . finely chop the coriander leaves too . 

let's start to cook  

First , let's cook the pasta . Add water to a sauce pan . When the water starts to boil , add salt and cook a half cup of pasta according to the package instructions . When it is done strain it and add a little bit of oil and keep it aside . Heat up a kadai , and pour some oil in it . When the oil heats up add the ginger and garlic . When it turns golden brown , and the finely chopped onions . Saute it for a minute or two . Then add the tomatoes and cook it until it turns mushy . Add the carrot and capsicum . Add a little bit of water and close the kadai with the lid . When it is cooked add salt and 1/2 spoon of garam masala and and chilli powder according to your taste . Add little bit of tomato ketchup to it . Saute it for a minute and add salt . add the cooked pasta . And saute it well . Add pepper and oregano if you wish . Mix the pasta and the masala very well . Finally , add the chopped coriander leaves . Turn off the stove and add little bit of grated cheese to it . Your delicious pasta is ready !!!✌ Hope you like it .
